Announcing the Queensland Odyssey 2017

We have sufficient interest for us to proceed with a Queensland Odyssey in 2017. 

We have some serious logistics to work through relating to the plotting of the tour which we will probably run from the last week in June for 14 days or so. 

We could include 2 days for the race meeting in Townsville which usually runs in the first week of July. There is plenty to do around Townsville for those who are not keen on the racing. 

Our initial thoughts are to start in Cairns and head north as far as possible before heading inland and south with a finish in Brisbane or the Gold Coast. 

Darryl Monk and G2 both have friends in Queensland who could help with plotting as it is too much to ask of Robin Fletcher to plot it from Melbourne. That would require a 10,000 kilometre round trip for him. 

We will keep you informed of our progress and costings once we have had a chance to sort out how to make it happen.
