2017 Annual General Meeting

The 2017 A.G.M. was held on the 21st of May. at the Rangiora Showgrounds. A total of 35 members attended.
The Treasurers report showed that the Societies finances are in good shape which has allowed tor the subsidising of major events such as the marathon plotting costs and the 21st Birthday celebrations.

It was reported that our Sunday runs and Gold Card Cruiser runs are being well supported and the committee encouraged continuing support. The 2016 Marathon in the North Island was a great success and plans are well under way for the 2018 Marathon which will traverse the South Island from Picton to Invercargill

The following officers were elected by acclamation:

Chairman; Julian Barrett

Deputy Chair: Barry Ricketts

Treasurer: Diane Brandish

Secretary: Gillian Peters

Committee:  Mel Peters, Jim Milne, Rod Hurst, Colin Macdonald, Graeme Sharp.

Following the closure of the meeting an excellent buffet meal was provided.
